Electro-acupuncture therapy is a modified acupuncture technique in which two or more acupuncture needles are connected to an electro-acupuncture stimulator with a mild electric current passing these needles during the treatment to stimulate acupuncture points.

The current generally applies more stimulation to the acupuncture needles than the stimulation our acupuncturist might use during your treatment.
